SCOTUS’s interpretation of the 1986 ban on machine guns excludes bump stocks. Totally disagree with the decision, but good golly Congress this shouldn’t be a controversial law to take up and pass immediately.

The major firearm manufacturers in this country that fund the NRA don’t even make bump stocks so, Republicans, your bosses shouldn’t even put up much of a fight on this one.

That’s how the Trump administration wound up instituting the ban in the first place.
