Thoughts of mine and no one else!

@AmericanAir what's going on? Sat on the runway at @HeathrowAirport on an already delayed flight. No staff to be seen. 3.5 hours and counting......

[Lucy O'Neill @lo_neill]

@thewhitecompany thank you Chloe. I found an email address.

[Lucy O'Neill @lo_neill]

@thewhitecompany can I have customer services contact details please? Thanks

[Lucy O'Neill @lo_neill]

When you ask your @tommeetippee_UK perfect prep to make 6oz and it makes you 9.....??

[Lucy O'Neill @lo_neill]

@BritishGasHelp Hi Claire. My tariff should have been changed with the smart meter installation and I am out of pocket as it hasn't been

[Lucy O'Neill @lo_neill]

@BritishGasHelp @BritishGas another month's bill and yet another reason to have to chase you for not fulfilling requests. Surprise surprise

[Lucy O'Neill @lo_neill]

@Carpetright @CarpetrightHelp is anyone ever going to get back to me regarding the compensation that you owe me??

[Lucy O'Neill @lo_neill]

@Carpetright @CarpetrightHelp maybe letting both accounts know how disgusted we are will prompt a reply...although I won't hold my breath!!

[Lucy O'Neill @lo_neill]

@CarpetrightHelp please advise if your complaints procedure. Wrong carpet laid over a month ago and still no resolution.

[Lucy O'Neill @lo_neill]

@BTCare why is there no desire to retain existing, longstanding customers?

[Lucy O'Neill @lo_neill]

@BTCare nothing. We are sending back the adaptors and the option given was to get a long Ethernet wire, which isn't going to happen.

[Lucy O'Neill @lo_neill]

@BTCare no. Box too far from router and speeds to slow with adapters for it to work. Looking into virgin and sky now

[Lucy O'Neill @lo_neill]

@BTCare trying to get my BTtv working. Want phone line moved-sold adapters instead. Came today&installed. Now told that it slows connection

[Lucy O'Neill @lo_neill]

@BTCare 1 hour on the phone to you on Monday and 1 hour on the phone to you today to be told the product you sold me doesn't work!! Furious.

[Lucy O'Neill @lo_neill]

@Mothercarehelp I have replied to the DM from the last time you overcharged me! Trading standards need to know I think!!

[Lucy O'Neill @lo_neill]

Another trip to @mothercareuk and another attempt to rip us off!! Your pricing and labelling strategy really needs looking into!

[Lucy O'Neill @lo_neill]

My last @Nationwide_Now 10to9 with my girls and Jade! End of an era in @HomeCountiesNBS 😪

[Lucy O'Neill @lo_neill]

@mothercareuk shopped at your Aylesbury store today and got home to realise that I have been charged incorrectly on 80% of items!

[Lucy O'Neill @lo_neill]

@timminchin you are my hero! #GroundhogDay was incredible!

[Lucy O'Neill @lo_neill]

@AskNationwide I'm through now. Thanks
