@mariepham We're really wondering how people managed to get thru into the queue. We've tried both numbers, and have dialed like >200times. Never once was put into the queue even when we were able to get into the menu options. Still appreciate your tips though, thank you!
@mariepham What really pissed us off is the fact that we got through the menu options but still got kicked out. We'd rather get the "we're sorry" message right away than to waste the effort going thru everything and still got kicked out.
@mariepham @EmmyinBallard @ESDwaWorks Did you just keep calling until you got through anyway? You sounded like it was easy for you to get through to be queued in the line. We just kept getting "try again later" and got disconnected starting from 6:57am in the morning.
@mariepham @EmmyinBallard @ESDwaWorks Still couldn't get through on the 6022 line. Got through all the way to option 9, but just as I was waiting to be queued in the line, immediately got "please call back later" automated voice AGAIN just like the 8400 line. Have called like 20 times so far.😡
@mariepham @EmmyinBallard @ESDwaWorks We've also heard people before saying calling from 6:55am still didn't get them into the queue. :( But will see. Thanks for the tips!
@mariepham @EmmyinBallard @ESDwaWorks Thanks for the promptly reply! We were told that # no longer takes requests/questions and were diverted to call 833-572-8400 instead. But this # wouldn't put you in the queue! Going to call 800-318-6022 from now on. Thanks so much!
@mariepham @EmmyinBallard @ESDwaWorks Which phone # did you call? We've been trying to help a peer to call @ESDwaWorks for like 3 days now but couldn't get through.
Don't understand why the city won't listen to our @GovInslee's advice to behave appropriately before a stricter order is forced to be taken? Do you prefer a lockdown instead? C'mon now. https://t.co/R3WqLuJu5L #seattlecovid19
