@easyJet the attitude of EasyJet colleagues in Gatwick has been particularly appalling. There is no one helping with understanding when they will be refunded - the money lost is because of you is extortionate. They had to pay £100s just to get the 3 of them home from Gatwick.
@easyJet you should be ashamed of yourselves. You’ve just cancelled my Mums flight, who has cancer and was travelling to make memories with our family at the time it was due to board! She is travelling with my 15 year old brother and it’s his birthday.
@easyjet I cannot believe how poorly they have been treated - it is totally unacceptable. They arrived @LPL_Airport at 16:30 yesterday, their car is still there, you’ve cancelled 3 flights and they now face 8hr journey back to Liverpool due to train cancellations.

@virginmedia Can you please provide a complaints emails address so I can lodge a formal complaint ahead of making contact with external governance bodies as this is unacceptable customer service
@virginmedia 5 hours of calls today and 3 promises of calls back from Managers that have not contacted me. Exceptionally awful service. Been signed up to o2 sim deal to get a Virgin deal that suddenly doesn’t not exist.
@virginmedia I’ve been offered multiple call backs with managers to discuss but none of the 3 have called back. I’ve also had my call terminated 4 times whilst awaiting transfer to other colleagues.
@virginmedia That’s correct - I am certain it’s not gone through as this has been confirmed. Agents are now saying they cannot match the deal I was offered and say this was offered by mistake. I would not have taken the deal otherwise.
@virginmedia I now have my existing media package (which is due to increase in price next month) and an £25 phone contract. Someone needs to help me correct this situation. The only resolution will be to honour the terms of the agreement.
@virginmedia So my actual query is about media but I have ended up being signed up to o2 with no benefit as it was only to get the best media deal which has not been implemented.
@virginmedia None of the other reps have been able
to match the deal I agreed to and no work order was out through to change my media package by the first rep. I have attached my contract paperwork in the thread.
@virginmedia I’m an existing virgin media customer. I rang this morning to discuss my package due to the price increase linked to inflation. I was advised I would need to agreed to an o2 sim to get best package. This was processed but the call was then cut off.
@virginmedia I understand they are combined however you have only administered one half of the bundle. It’s shocking. I have tried the WhatsApp and can’t get past your bot. How can I get help please?
@virginmedia I am looking at escalating my complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority (given I have my formal offer in writing from you) and the Financial Services Ombudsman.
@virginmedia it is unacceptable that you have offered me a contract that I have accepted, you have then completed a credit search and assigned me a new o2 product but have then renegaded on the aspect of the deal I actually wanted!
@virginmedia I refused to accept a callback on my most recent call and insisted on waiting for an available manager to handle my call. I have just been hung up on after 1 hour and 20 minutes.
