@seanorr I notice those new garbage cans … locked, with no accessible receptacle to place refundable containers in. One more way Sim’s is restricting access to resources to those who need them. Many lower income / unhoused collect recyclables in order to make ends meet.

@Rainmaker1973 A fed bear is a dead bear. This one is perhaps in captivity, but seeing this, people start to assume it’s okay in any context. It’s not. In the wild, the outcome is an aggressive bear that needs to be put down. Or a mauled child. This is cruelty.
