Haven’t heard many of @jaybothroyd’s opinions but he is bang on about VAR. Get an ex professional in the VAR room and get the ref to the screen straight away whilst they talk through any significant incidents. Saves time and adds clarity. #refwatch
@McqueGeno@moneyswoosh@InvertTheWing If Spurs win the Europa League* then they will have finally won a trophy but it will be a Micky Mouse cup. Even the League Cup which is normally the lowest priority gets more respect as at least everyone in England’s football league can enter.
@gunnerpunner It’s disrespectful to everyone else in the league that pundits are acting like Liverpool’s lead is unassailable with 12 games to go. That’s 36 points up for grabs.
@dan_freebahrain @sanchezwatt All 4 goals (100%) in Arsenal vs Villa match came from those wide positions on the pitch. You don’t get extra points from scoring through the middle although more variety would be nice. As a fan Arsenal should have defended the crosses better too.
@thefplbois Nice thread. Only one I disagree with is Point 9 as I think it should be on a case by case basis. If someone has ESR and Muniz before they are both proven I would agree diversify as that’s currently too bold. However, double Liverpool attack is quality and a popular tactic.
@viehwanjiku@afc_richard I think that was penultimate match not the final day.
Great thread Richard. I was at Highbury that day too and surprised it hadn’t been mentioned more.
@LetsTalk_FPL I bought Walker as he seemed a safer choice. At least he came off the bench. Currently 21 Gvardiol vs Walker 1, seems about right for how my season has gone.
@WGTA_FPL@FPLPricey Thanks for the response. My logic is with FT you can try to get those upcoming points and make bigger gains later. Only time will tell.
@LJMVP2019@fpl_tactician I don’t understand the masses WC30 when they are on FH34 and BB37. The beauty of FH34 is you don’t need to worry about that double. Buy players for short term eg Salah and Muniz. FH34, WC35 and BB37 like me.
