@RogersHelps Why do I have to go out of my way to argue this charge? Rogers made an error and their response is to charge the client? What kind of customer service is this? Why not just do the right thing and not charge me at all given this was your error. Nothing is ever easy with Rogers.
@Rogers Rogers makes a billing error, claws back money, and when I call to dispute it Iβm told call volume is too high and to try again later. This is beyond unacceptable. Hands down the worst customer service. @RogersHelps customers should not be responsible for their error!
@RogersHelps Thank you! So the barcoded ticket I got just has my make. When I registered I put my email address and I guess email address. The confirmation I received shows both my name and his name however for the event weβve only gotten one barcode ticket with just my name.
@RogersHelps Once I select the movies, I hit RSVP and I can go no farther. I get a page that says it cant reach the page. Iβve tried different browsers as well.

@Rogers I have been a loyal customer for years. I just spent an hour total between waiting to be served and dealing with a customer service rep who didnβt not address any of my concerns. After over 15 years, we will be moving our serviceβs. Do better, Rogers! #awfulservice
@TimHortons I love you guys but this is the 2nd time Iβve placed an order for delivery and it has taken 1.5 hours for it to arrive. I placed the order at 8:46am and itβs still not out for delivery. You are my go to every morning but hoping the delivery process can be improved.
