To most people, Longevity science is a misunderstood topic, it's really not about living past age 100, 150 or any other number you have in mind.
It's about able to live at age 50, 60 and beyond with same energy, enthusiasm and zeal you had in your 20s.
I think, Longevity Science is trying to achieve this first, lifespan will be increased beyond our wildest expectations in future on the foundation of this research.
If you are feeling significantly younger in body and mind than your age, that's the result of success of today's longevity research.
I am trying to do the same. For myself and for as many people as I can reach.
The most shocking truth about longevity -

Aging isn’t sudden. It’s the bill for habits we normalized in our 20s and 30s.

The nervous system always feels - ignoring it just forces it to communicate louder.
@PeterDiamandis This is true, if we look at it carefully, the present has eradicated almost half of the diseases we had in the past. And Longevity science has just begun.
@MaxUnfried The difference shows up fast - real problem-solvers obsess over outcomes, résumé-builders obsess over press releases.
Startups born from ego scale noise; startups born from necessity scale impact.
@thegarybrecka The day after Christmas is about looking at the new year with new hope, giving your body a fresh start, getting rid of bad habits putting your soul and body in the dark.
@MarcosArrut Stopping aging won’t change history - it’ll force us to rewrite everything built around decline: healthcare, work, identity, even purpose.
The science is the easy part. The societal rewrite is the real experiment.
@Dr_Singularity Decoding cells would be the easy part - aligning incentives, access, and human behavior is the hard one.
Aging won’t be reversed for "everyone" at once… it’ll be reversed first for those who can afford, understand, and adapt to it.

@CoachDanGo Strength training is the best foundation - but longevity punishes people who confuse "strong" with "complete".
The longest-living bodies are strong and mobile, and aerobically capable.
Lift heavy… just don’t stop moving like a human.
