100% transparency on every load without it being requested compulsory.. to be received within 48 hrs of delivery.
Any and all co broker agreements disclosed before signing a rate con.
2 hrs free time at pick up and delivery. After that 100 bucks an hr for 4 hrs. After that 200.00. Bucks an hour till delivery complete.
No layover on delivery.
If there's a layover at the receiver 500.00 a day. Truck ordered not used. 250.00 if load canceled past 3 pm. 500.00 tonu because U will not be able to load till the next day.
Load weighs more than stated on rate con or posting 250.00 a thousand.
Updated rate cons showing these charges are required within 24 hrs. If the detention or accessorials happen at the shipper updated rate con required before the load delivers. If the ratecon isn't received in the allotted time. 10% compounded interest.
I mean we can talk about a cap of 15% as well . Minimum rate of any load at the price of fuel at the pick up location. I can do this all day.
