@sdepace Oh, good to hear. We are working on an Android update, but I don’t have timeline just yet, but should be in the next 2 weeks or so.

[Lono @lonodevices]

@joagraha Hey, are you still having issues? Can you email support with the email address you signed up with? We'll check into it.

[Lono @lonodevices]

@SDePace Is it working now. Earlier this week we fixed a residual SSL issue that was still effecting Android and the web dashboard.

[Lono @lonodevices]

@amshah74 Can you contact support again? Sorry this fell through. We'll get you taken care of this time.

[Lono @lonodevices]

Happy Friday! iOS app update version 0.6.2 is now available and our https://t.co/jtYg34gIXl site has been restored!

[Lono @lonodevices]

Heads up. Our CTO is out of town next week, so support may take longer and require more exchanges as the team works to resolve your issues

[Lono @lonodevices]

@Grime145 Hey, just responded to your support ticket.

[Lono @lonodevices]

Just heard from @discourse. Our https://t.co/jtYg34gIXl site should probably maybe hopefully be restored tomorrow. Stay tuned.

[Lono @lonodevices]

Waiting for Review, the Lono iOS app update version 0.6.2 is.

@SDePace Sorry for the trouble you are having. We are looking into the issue and we'll get back to you.

[Lono @lonodevices]

Hey folks, we are currently low on customer support resources and high on support volume, but we are adding 2 people tomorrow AM to support.

[Lono @lonodevices]

Hey all. That server issue we were having is now resolved, so the apps should be functioning again. Sorry for the trouble!

[Lono @lonodevices]

@windley Thanks, I think. ;) Yeah, we have a lot to learn for sure. We're rebooting our support and can help resolve any issues you had. Thx

[Lono @lonodevices]

@salterworld Thought we had shipped all kickstarter devices. Will check on this after getting some sleep. Hang tight.

[Lono @lonodevices]

@robmcgarry Thanks for the heads up. We are working to restore the community site.

[Lono @lonodevices]

@jefflarsonhomes We are happy to report that the has been resolved and the apps should now be functioning again.

[Lono @lonodevices]

@joagraha We are happy to report that the has been resolved and apps should now be functioning again.

[Lono @lonodevices]

@joagraha Sorry about the trouble you are having. We are aware of the issue and working to resolve it as soon as possible.

[Lono @lonodevices]

@jefflarsonhomes Sorry you are having issues. We are working through an issue with our SSL certificate which will resolve this issue.

[Lono @lonodevices]

@bisla Yeah, the expired certificate is causing that. It will begin working again when the certificate issue is resolved.
