@SouthernRailUK@Heidi_Labour itβs absolutely ridiculous that East Croydon Ticket Hall doesnβt show a true reflection of the next trains departing. This morning tells me next Victoria train is 9.42, as I get to platform the 9.28 train is just pulling into the platform 2 mins late
@SouthernRailUK East Croydon station need to sort their indicator boards. Main ticket office says next Victoria train is in 12 mins but when I get to the platform that board shows a train in 1 min but now Iβm on the wrong platform. Itβs like you donβt want people to get trains π‘
@tfl really need to sort out the bus times app. Shows bus in 3 mins - 15 mins later Iβm still at the bus stop waiting. How are you meant to plan travel??
@TfL Hartland way in Shirley, Croydon is currently closed meaning the 194 route has to divert which leaves lots of residents without a bus. Why can it not be diverted up West Way Gardens? Thereβs a bus stand on the road & buses use the road when they terminal early!
@SouthernRailUK The train was meant to depart at 9.30 but was delayed until 9.32. I got to the main ticket hall at 9.28 so 4 mins until it was due to depart!

@Argos_Online what is the point of offering same day collection if you canβt collect it on the day? Ordered something for collection after 5pm yesterday went to pick it up at 7.30pm & it wasnβt in store. Went back this morning at 10.30am still not in store! π‘
@TfL 194 bus is timetabled for every 10-12 mins at rush hour but tonight Iβm in for a 24 min wait! π‘ Shame you canβt claim for delays on the buses
@rockcenternyc my friends & I are trying to book tickets to visit but every time one of us tries we get a message saying payment declined. We are trying to buy from the UK - any ideas why this is happening?
@TfL not sure the Bus Times app is working properly. Show the next 194 as 9 mins away but it then pulled into the stop π€·πΌββοΈ. Similar thing happened this morning aswell

Bus timings needed to be sorted. Waiting for a SL5 that the board tells me is 1 mins away - 15 mins later bus still hasnβt arrived but is now no longer on the board!!! Canβt claim for that delay!! π‘
