@NYPD88Pct @NYPDPC Every time @BklynNavyYard-77 flushing has an event, they cause major issues. Attendees are parking on sidewalks, blocking fire hydrants, bus stops, etc. The noise level is too loud. We complain about this every year & there is no enforcement or accountability.
