For a lot of young coaches making the jump to tactical, figuring out how to assess and program for 400-900 soldiers is a huge hurdle. This article I wrote is a snapshot overview of a system we’ve used with a lot of success where I work.

@JawCoach@stevemagness@Baghurst How? How does it break that rule? Doesn’t seem to endanger anyone else or impede the meet. Also isn’t profane nor does it discredit the school or anyone else? This is the softest call I’ve ever seen, no justifying it.
There are legitimately men out there with limited HS experience who think they could beat her in one on one simply because she’s female 🤣🤣

@Brandon_L_Pigg @ZEvenEsh I don’t want to speak for Zach but having worked for him and in other facilities in NJ. They aren’t blasting it from the twittersphere. But I’ve seen a lot of facilities marketing based on speed/performance with no baseline of strength of force production in account in that area.
This blows my mind. When I interned and subsequently coached at USG I couldn’t believe people didn’t make the video. Literally took me no time at all to put together.
Part of the application to coach / intern at The Underground Strength Gym requires a 4-5 minute video telling me about yourself.
It has been YEARS since an applicant followed through.
YEARS.
If you can't follow simple instructions, how can I trust you to train anyone?
