@ShopifySupport Instagram and Facebook shopping tags no longer work. Added new products to the website and can no longer tag them. Support was useless! What can I do? This is killing my business!

@ShopifySupport I’ve already done that and was promised troubleshooting steps via email in Sunday and nothing has been sent! I bought into Shopify so I could tag my products on social and link it back to the website and now it won’t work. Very poor.

@MrsSimpson82 @royalcaninuk I emailed them and apparently it’s due to the fact that everyone has a pet since COVID but the food I want is specialist not puppy so I’m guessing they’ve made the basic food and not the specialist for all the new owners and left the pets with medical needs in the lurch. Tragic
