@Deliveroo ordered @KFC_UKI through your app, all seemed to be going well. Notifications came through to say order was received, driver on way etc etc. delivery was fairly prompt.
That apparently was also not good enough.
I was told that was all I was getting.
I said I won’t be using Deliveroo again. Suddenly I’m forwarded to a senior advisor…
And it’s all sorted - a refund will be issued.
@LidlGB sort out your Dartford store, there are queues reaching almost to the end of the aisles on both open manned tills and the self service tills…open all the tills!!!
