@TUIUK why have you issued me a holiday voucher for cancellation of my holiday that only the lead passenger can use when there were 3 additional adults on the booking that may want to use the discount separately, total farce of a company!
@BritishGas my smart meter hasn’t sent any readings to you since March. When I last contacted you maybe 3 months ago, I was told this would be rectified by the middle of the year. What is going on and when will this be sorted?

@Pharmacy2U I can’t get anywhere with your chat, saying offices are closed even though it’s not 5pm. Have run out of my HRT and been waiting over 3 weeks for my prescription. Ridiculous customer service and no communication.

@HiveHomeUK You obviously didn’t read what I’d written, I’ve attempted all the troubleshooting and still my thermostat is offline making it impossible for me to use the app. Live chat is always offline too!
@HiveHomeUK my app is offline,so I can only manually control my heating/hot water. I’ve been through all the troubleshooting, I’ve even reset and paired everything again, still no joy, any advice would be appreciated
@AskPS_UK my PS5 will no longer turn on, it’s only 2 weeks old and we’ve had nothing but problems with it! We have been through all the trouble shooting, rebuilt database etc and nothing works, it’s actually made it worse, thus it now doesn’t even turn on, please advise

@AskPlayStation my PS5 won’t turn on, we’ve tried rebooting but it won’t power up long enough to even get into safe mode. It’s a brand new console only a week old, I didn’t pay all that money for it to be a glitchy crashing piece of crap! Please advise
@alisondcarr @NatWest_Help@NatWest It took almost a month for my daughter to receive her money, lots of phone calls and ranting at them on Twitter. We eventually received a letter stating when the monies would reach her account and it still took an extra 2 days, complete joke
@NatWest_Help My daughter’s child trust fund matured on the 01/10/2020, have already sent in all the relevant documentation and know you have received it as my daughter and I have contacted you by phone twice already ( on hold for nearly an hour both times). Where is her money??
