A safeguarding link governor should undertake regular visits to include the checking of all policies

@katiecpd ##ukgovchat I sometimes feel that governors could take more responsibility for governance, when it’s not great Clerks feel guilty that they should or could have done more yet when they do and it goes well the praise is missing, maybe the question should be about governors

@katiecpd #ukgovchat ... an advisor can do just that, advise... governors need to be proactive in their duties and take responsibilities for effective governance and not leave it purely to their clerk.
