@ao hello really disappointed having been up since 6.3 am to receive a text after promises on the tracker all day of delivery telling me to rebook my delivery. If you can’t get here a call would have been appreciated especially as your customer service line is now closed.

My Dad is deaf and worried about communicating with people in shops due to staff wearing masks.

One of the exemptions for removing a mask is when communicating with someone who needs to lip read.

Spread the word and help the 9 million people who are deaf or hard of hearing.
