Is it because they didn't want to face their workers who showed up in impressive numbers yesterday?

On Labor Day my thoughts are with the 400 workers of @IBEWLocal636 and their families, now entering the 10th week on strike. For their sake and the sake of all of #OttCity’s customers, I urge the union and @hydroottawa to get back to negotiations this week.

@hydroottawa As an outsider I’ve observed a lot of venom being spewed at the employees. Doesn’t sound like the workplace toxicity has been resolved at all, in fact it’s all coming from the top of the chain of command.
