@JPerdue19838 @DeAngelisCorey I live in Kentucky and voted on amendment 2. Functionally they are the same. Not a single county voted to permit public funding for private or charter schools. BBB grants a public subsidy via tax credit. It’s essentially a work around shifting subsidy to federal tax not state.
