@SouthernWater I looked here before taking to social media. It has very little robust information in. I honestly think we are paying for your fines - you’ve let sewage into the Solent; why are we being penalised?

I understand an increase, but £200 (over a 50% rise) is a lot!

Another disaster with delivery substitutions! How is 190g of cocoa powder a good substitute for 250g? And my lovely oat topped deli rolls, Subbed with plain budget range wholemeal ones.

@sainsburys I love your home delivery service… but please, can the lovely people packing my shopping be taught to put bread on the top. Yet again, I have squashed bread. Yes, I returned it, but now have to go and buy bread rather defeating the point of a delivery!
