माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने पहले भी इस तरह के कानून पर अपनी तीखी टिप्पणी की है।

इस सिस्टम को लाने का उद्देश्य क्या है? सरकार युवाओं के दर्द पर मरहम न लगाकर दर्द बढ़ाने की योजना ला रही है।

पं. दीनदयाल उपाध्याय जी अक्सर कहते थे कि "शासन को व्यापार नहीं करना चाहिए और व्यापारी के हाथ में शासन नहीं आना चाहिए।" मगर विडंबना ये है कि दीनदयालजी के विचारों पर चलने वाले दल के प्रधानसेवक एक व्यापारी की तरह सार्वजनिक बैंकों, रेलवे, एयर इंडिया, कोल इंडिया को बेचने पर आतुर हैं।
