@BritishGasHelp Hi Jimmy, yes I called them 4.5 yrs ago, then again the following year & sent proof I’d left and then again every week for the last few wks, I think I have to escalate via Ombudsman if the only from British Gas help is ‘keep calling’.
@BritishGas 4.5 yrs ago I called to close an account, you still haven’t closed it.I’ve sent proof that I vacated & over the last 3wks I’ve been promised multiple call backs that haven’t happened. Just need a letter saying it’s closed & I owe nothing! Anyone else experienced this?

@standardnews This is a build up of years of poor service & communication from South eastern. When I had to use them I’d say every other day, no matter the weather, there was an issue with their service.
