@MAYANK01101997 @ObenElectric Same with me. I was so positive about Rorr's LFP batteries, however have range anxiety now.. What's the point of committed range if customer has to charge the bike everyday (as told by customer care)!! 😔

@ObenElectric Worst experience.. Doesn't give the committed range. Twice got stuck on the road as the range abruptly dropped from around 40 kms to 5 kms..and company would say you have to charge everyday fully. Is it practical? What's the point of the range? 🤔

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the epitome of pathetic customer support - last 4 days struggling to get my wifi plan changed from 40 to 300 mbps, and the care team is beating around the bush. It's high time @airtelindia needs to work on their service!

@airtelindia One of the biggest nightmares dealing with @Airtel_Presence - did a shifting of my Wifi connection and the plan automatically (due to a tech glitch) changed from 300 mbps to 40 mbps. Have been calling Cust care for last 4 days, and still they have not changed it! 😭

@amazonIN Height of the apathy in resolving my issue regarding to a bank discount which I didn't get! Whenever I try to call customer support, they send me a link to upload images capturing promotion details, however the link never works. Also they hang up the phone. Pathetic! 😔

@GooglePayIndia Immensely frustrated with the kind of support offered for reactivating my suspended a/c - Case ID 4-7240000037980 is open for last 3 days and no response yet. CC told to raise another case now, so raised a new one today. ETA is max 3 days and no resolution yet! 😔

@woodenstreett Order ID 797776 - 21 days already and still waiting for delivery even after store's commitment of max 20 days. Now, Customer care says 30-40 days which is just too much of wait. Will never buy from this company considering so much lead time and no respect to commitment made.

@OPPOIndia Regret purchasing Enco m32.. Within 2 months, battery backup has deteriorated significantly. Went to service center and they told 5 days for replacement! Horrible SLA when competitors replacing accessories in a day. Unexpected! Will refrain from future purchases from Oppo.

Not just Microsoft.. sadly, this is the case with many apps! You're expected to take a huge risk just to get a simple thing done.
