I filed grievances against Hennepin County & the state of MN as a mandated reporter. I had to report abuse of any sort against my homeless youth I was advocating for. What was happening inside our homeless shelters for youth in minneapolis- sex trafficking - and assaulted in their own homeless shelters run by Hennepin County.
One of my youth even filed a grievance and met with the director, and STILL the employee who assaulted her continued to work there. These are non-profits run under the regulations of Hennepin County and the STATE of MN (DHS)
