@hoginhiding Also portions of the US have the same Köppen climate classification as London (which doesn’t mean they’re exactly the same but similar)
And just to make sure you understand same and similar mean different things since you seemed confused earlier 🥰
@hoginhiding Good thing I didn’t say it was the same! Do they not teach you how to read in the UK? under $200 and electricity is $5 for each week I use it. affordable if you use it sparingly. Portable units tend to work with more window styles fyi, and you can use plywood to fill the gap
@AgentSaffron Yes that’s why you buy a small portable unit that you use for those 2-3 weeks. Affordable, keeps you cool when you come home from your day, reduces heat stroke risk etc
@boywondqr Cinnamon rolls and chili are a classic nebraska pairing. Recommend seeing if the Nebraska Life magazine has online copies (or even ordering some) and perusing them.
@HNLTransitFan@sdrx902 Some none-Jade district favorites are Mirisata, Hat Yai, Khao Moo Dang, Nong’s Khao Man Gai, Annam VL, Pho Van, Top Burmese, Oma’s Hideaway. All SE Asian. Besides sushi, the Japanese food here is fine and same with Chinese. If you’re looking for good korean, it’s in Beaverton
@HNLTransitFan@sdrx902 Fair enough lol!! Honestly any place in the Jade District is good, I think we shine in Vietnamese and Thai food especially, though hard to beat 80 year old or Hawaiian asian food! I think it’s fair so say that the asian food in PDX is good! just obvi not as good as HI!
@HNLTransitFan@sdrx902 That’s not my experience nor did I say you were blaming me, I just am confused on how some shitty people who don’t know how to share is relevant to quality of the food lol.
