Wearing a CGM may lead to fear of normal blood glucose swings, and avoidance of carbs, leading to carb intolerance and even more fear of "spikes".

Feeling "ill" ten hours after eating a snack bar does not seem healthy. A healthy, flexible metabolism should be able to handle it.
