@OctopusEnergy want to switch, I have an EV with Hypervolt Pro3 charger, but which tariffs can I use and add Intelligent Octopus Go? Want to go with the Octopus Fixed 12 months but when I click through it’s says I am limited to the standard tariff and flexible octopus! Confused!

@sainsburys not a good experience with this weekends delivery. Two day out of date soup, and a rotten vegetable that has contaminated around 16 other items, and prevented us from having our planned lunch on Sunday. I need to speak with someone about this.

@POferries looking at booking a trip from Hull to Rotterdam/Amsterdam. If we book the trip as a return ferry with cabin and coach it costs a lot less than a mini-cruise but it seems to be the same trip. What is the difference? Would we be able to leave our luggage in the cabin?

@nectar just tried to use vouchers I purchased during the power up promotion. I had 2 vouchers totalling £100. But when I try to add both the website says I can only use up to a value of £99.99. Nowhere in the promotion was this mentioned. Help needed!

@sainsburys delivery yesterday included short shelf lives x 2 that were not listed on the email, and damaged packaging x 2. I would like to make a complaint and obtain a refund, can somebody help?

@EurostarUK extremely disappointed with the staff at Gare du Nord on Friday. Arrived 45 mins before departure. Told to queue with others. Raised concern of scanning tickets 30 minutes before departure and still missed this time so charged €100 to change trains. Refund wanted.

@eon_next I took out a 12 month fix with you last September. You were supposed to reduce my tariff to be in line with the EPG but this has not been the case for my electricity standing charge, can somebody help with this?

@SmythsToysUK disappointment was the tip of the iceberg when our four year old son’s Jetpack Liftoff Buzz Lightyear toy does not speak English and cannot seemingly be changed! Did Santa get the deliveries mixed up? Can we change it?
