@Eurostar our Rotterdam train on Monday 4th July terminated at Brussels. We then had to stand for over 2 hours on a crowded SNCB train. In total delayed 88mins into Rotterdam and without a reserved seat. Your delay compensation form won't allow me to put in a claim. Help?!
