The iron in your blood came from ancient stars that lived long before you were born
Every atom of iron in your blood ultimately comes from ancient generations of massive stars that lived and died long before the Solar System formed. Iron is created in the late stages of stellar life and is released into space through supernova explosions and other cosmic events that spread elements across the galaxy.
The ashes of dead stars are the life force in our bodies, material that was forged in long dead stars and recycled through space over billions of years.
Over time, this stardust mixed with clouds of gas and dust, which eventually formed new stars, planets, and Earth itself.
You are made of stardust. ✨⭐️
@MetabolicUncle@zbitter@ProfTimNoakes Very good points, thank you. Can I please ask - what’s your view on ketone body supplements instead of carb based ones prior to and during exercise, any thoughts?!
@afneil@chrs1927 During Margaret Thatcher’s premiership (1979–1990), the maximum unemployment figure was 3,221,000 people in 1984, which represented an unemployment rate of 11.7% of the labor force and 5.71% of the total UK population. Unemployment remained >3M between 83-87
@afneil So why don’t you interview Sachs and put all these questions and arguments to him and I’m sure he will have answers and counter arguments and let people judge for themselves?
@piersmorgan In 8 years @LFC under #DasKaiser, #Klopp won EVERYTHING that can be won at club level! How many times any Arsenal manager has done that in the club’s entire history?!
@AlisonFisk@DaughterAndrews@BirkbeckHCA The evidence suggests that all Homosapiens (outside of Africa) will have between 0.1 - 4% of their genome being Neanderthal!
@PlakoudasSpyros Very good thread. Let’s us not forget though that Nicephorus himself was from Syria and probably of Arab (Ghassanid) origin. He was the last ‘Roman’ emperor from that land more than 100 years after Syria was conquered by the Muslim Arabs!
