Triangulation
Involves turning people against each other.
The main purpose is to prevent those being triangulated from coming together to compare stories that would reveal what the workplace bully is doing. They often turn employees against each other to distract from them.
@alisonleary1 I once did a ride along with paramedics. Hard to describe the highs and lows I experienced which is business as usual for them. Everyone I spoke to talked about feeling privileged to do their work (gulp). The respect and gratitude I have for those teams has never left me.

Agree we need action and accountability, Partha, arrangements that guarantee confidence in raising and resolving concerns, that keeps whistle-blowers from harm and out of the employment tribunal
