@BritishGasHelp We are already on the priority list, still had to wait 5 days for an appointment. Hate to think how long people have to wait who are not a priority!

@BritishGas your engineer apparantly just turned up outside our house for 5 mins and drove off. We've had to call up customer services to find this out. Didnt even knock on the door. We've had no hot water for 5 days and i have 3 children, one of which is a 9 month old baby.

@BritishGasHelp The account is in our landlords name so we dont have access! The onus shouldn't be on the customer to get this sorted when we've done nothing wrong.

@BritishGasHelp My partner is already making a complaint but that is LITERALLY not gonna get the baby bathed. I just want to give my children a bath. We've been told we now have to wait until Friday for another engineer and that's simply not good enough.

@BritishGasHelp I dont want another appointment, i want the engineer to turn up but there is no way of arranging this as your customer service team are unwilling to call the engineer. They need to be held accountable for the stress they have caused. No one seems to care!
