Just some clarification...
Closing schools means shutting a building, not stopping learning. Schools will always provide online learning and in person teaching for the vulnerable.
Lastly, teachers WANT to teach, not just sit at home.

I love my job, I do but my lovely SEN kids cannot socially distance, when looking after them me and my 3 members of staff cannot distance. Boris, step foot in our classrooms for a few days. #schoolsreopeninguk education is important but our health and wellbeing is the priority.
So you delay the opening on secondary schools to allow for mass testing etc. Secondary school pupils understand social distancing, it is easier to implement. I do not understand how we can return next week when the cases are this high.
