@ianonabeach @amgarratt @SimonCalder I used to make about 10 train journeys a week and in a typical week I would claim back 2 or 3 genuine delay repays. So I would be flagged as a regular claimer, but that’s just down to amount of use and sadly the state of our railway systems! I drive now instead.
