У Сумах триває ліквідація наслідків російського авіаудару. Росіяни застосували керовані авіабомби просто проти звичайних людей у центрі міста. Під завалами багатоповерхівки ще можуть бути люди. На жаль, станом на зараз відомо про чотирьох загиблих, серед них – дитина. Мої співчуття рідним і близьким. Ще 27 людей зазнали поранень, з яких шестеро – діти. У багатьох – важкі поранення.

Упродовж дня були російські удари по Запоріжжю, де внаслідок атаки дрона загинули дві людини та ще шість травмовані, зокрема й дитина. Харків атакував ворожий FPV-дрон, теж є травмовані в місті. Під обстрілами були громади Харківщини, Дніпровщини та Донеччини.

Потрібно, щоб партнери тиснули на Росію для того, щоб цей терор припинився. Ті, кого Росія почує, – це точно Сполучені Штати, це інші країни Великої сімки та Великої двадцятки і це Європа. Треба пам’ятати, що у Європи є інструменти тиску на цього агресора. І це передусім тиск на його енергоресурси, нафтовий флот, фінансову систему. 🚨 BREAKING: Teenage migrant terrorist Muhammad Billal has been sentenced to 13 and a half years in prison for plotting a mass terrorist attack with a gun.

Muhammed was released on bail following his arrest and attempted to flee the country.

After downloading a secure messaging app and chatting to contacts he went on to buy plane tickets to fly to Somalia via Dubai so he could train at a Islamic State terrorist camp.

Muhammad Billal, who lived in Nelson, Lancashire, had researched how to buy weapons and downloaded maps of locations including military bases in the UK and a college in his local area.

He also conducted online reconnaissance of potential attack locations, including churches, synagogues, busy railway stations and Manchester United's stadium.

Defending Billal, Andrew Morris said the defendant was "vulnerable" and had been "brainwashed" as a teenager after coming to the UK from Italy with his parents when he was 13.

Efforts to deal with the aftermath of the Russian airstrike are ongoing in Sumy. The Russians used guided aerial bombs against ordinary people in the city center. There may still be people trapped under the rubble of an apartment building. Tragically, as of now, four people have been confirmed killed, including a child. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Another 27 people were injured, including six children. Many sustained severe injuries.

Throughout the day, Russia also struck Zaporizhzhia, where a drone attack killed two people and injured six others, including a child. Kharkiv was targeted by an enemy FPV drone, leaving people injured there as well. Communities across the Kharkiv, Dnipro, and Donetsk regions also came under attack.

It is essential that our partners pressure Russia so that this terror comes to an end. Those Russia will listen to are, without a doubt, the United States, other G7 and G20 countries, and Europe. We must remember that Europe has tools it can use to pressure this aggressor – above all, pressure its energy sector, its oil fleet, and its financial system. Those tools must be used. We must also take further steps to strengthen our defense, first and foremost our air defense. I am grateful to every leader who remains active and does not waste a single day.

🚨🚨 Britain’s Special Boat Service (SBS) has banned Chinese-made electric cars from its headquarters because it fears they could be used for spying.

The SBS, the UK’s elite maritime counter-terrorism and special operations unit, has barred the vehicles from its base in Poole, Dorset.

There are growing fears that the cars’ sensors, which are normally used to map road conditions, could be accessed by Beijing and used covertly to gather intelligence on military installations.

Last year, a soldier driving a Chinese-built electric Volvo was stopped from entering the SBS camp as a “security precaution”, a defence source told The Telegraph.

They said: “I was in Poole with the SBS on a course there. One of the people on the course had a Volvo and was not allowed on the site.”

It is believed to be the first confirmed case of a special forces base barring an electric vehicle.

However, the source told The Telegraph they were aware of “a number of stations” that ban Chinese cars.

Beijing has denied that it uses its electric cars for espionage.

China produces about 16 million electric vehicles each year. Its electric car exports doubled in 2025, accounting for more than 70 per cent of global supply, according to a report by the International Energy Agency.

Many modern electric cars are equipped with high-definition cameras, radars, ultrasonic sensors and laser-based light detection and ranging to enable them to map surroundings, detect lane lines, read road signs and identify pedestrians.

Experts warned that Chinese spies could use domestic legislation to order manufacturers to hand over the data obtained through these sensors, which could allow Beijing to map sensitive military bases, track the routines and schedules of troops and the timings of unit deployments.

Volvo, which is owned by the Zhejiang Geely Holding Group and is based in south-eastern China, insisted it handled “personal data” in accordance with the law, and that it “would not hand over information to any foreign state actor”.
