@BritishGasHelp 3 months with no resolution to our problem. Paying bills for our neighbours and still no bill for our usage. 8 phone calls, I was promised a resolution for our last bill and sent a task number and still nothing. Absolutely had enough!
@BritishGas Well done, once again. Let down. I have been waiting 3 months for you to get serial numbers on gas meters switched over. I have been waiting 3 months to start paying a bill. I have waited 3 months to have a basic household utility sorted. Plus paying neighbours bills.
