@LookfantasticCS I tried 2make a complaint via your online message service reporting a missing delivery of an order I made 2wks ago. Items damaged before they’d even been delivered. No replacement, no comms, no compensation. How do I make a formal complaint? And get a refund!!!!

@IanMcadamian1 @ShropCouncil @ShrewsburyCops Completely agree. It was horrible to see the cows being so affected by the waste. I live very locally&it’s a regular walk route for me and it’s so sad to see the area being so badly abused-it’s so beautiful. Sadly if people don’t behave better I fear they’ll restrict access 😔

If it’s private can @ShropCouncil not follow up directly with the owner? As this is a public/environmental issue & needs to be addressed

@PureGym I don’t think this is an adequate response to a complaint about a booking policy which users find ridiculous. Classes being over crowded isn’t just annoying it’s dangerous & unprofessional from instructors. Why are class lists never available? It undermines the booking policy.

@PureGym not happy at all with the new class cancelling system. There’s NEVER a list to take a register @PaulsPure & today at 12.15 circuits there were 30 people in a crowded room (for 2nd week in a row) It makes a mockery of your new rules around cancelling classes. Not okay. 😡
