@greateranglia Second time in a week I have had to drive over 60 miles to collect my husband as the trains are not working. . .can I claim for my petrol?! He pays over £5k for his ticket and this service is not good enough. He sat at Tottenham Hale for over 35 minutes this morning too.

@TfL Yes I have been calling weekly and I'm getting nowhere. You logged the application on 23 August which is more than enough time to review it. His wife has a fractured spine, is 85 and can barely walk
They need the money to get another car. It's a disgrace.
