@amandella@TfL Pre-approved for payment. Vehicle destroyed on good faith (and TFL guidance). Grant not paid and template letters sent back requesting all documents already submitted. Exasperated and considering legal action against @TfL
@lucygallop@TfL Has anyone actually got their scrappage grant paid…. I ve called @TFL 10 times in the last 3 weeks and no one has ever reverted back. There are so many holes in their process… wondering if it is purposely designed to scam people?…
