Anyone else been refused scrappage payment (pre-approved) bc unable to get certificate of destruction by the deadline? Scrap dealers overwhelmed and couldn’t send cert through so now we have no car and no £2k through no fault of ours!! #scrappagescheme #ulez #tfl @tfl

@PlayStation @PlayStationUK we changed bank accounts and missed payment. Immediately rectified this and paid in full the subscription for my daughter’s PS. You still haven’t un-suspended her account and she’s driving me crazy!! Please action 🙏🙏 genuine error!

@netflix my account has been hacked inc email and password. Your customer services say my hacked email has never been associated with Netflix account which is NOT TRUE. I’ve been paying monthly for ages using that email. Hackers using my account right now!! why can’t you help??
