@BritishGas I’m absolutely disgusted and shocked. Also, you now resort to bribery?! AWFUL customer service. Engineer never turned up in August & no record of the booking. Every time I call I get nowhere, rude staff who have no common sense and so unhelpful. AVOID!! #britishgas
@DVLAgovuk i have been without a logbook for 6 months. Stop sending me generic emails and answer your phone lines!! I need to speak to an actual human being!! Don’t even dare reply suggesting all the generic options for applying for a logbook as my situation is unique!! 😡😡😡
