@giutheginger I mean, could be possible but at least upload a real Barcelona photo.
Saying you move to Barcelona with a Madrid image it’s like saying you love Messi on a CR7 shirt.
Two different points.
1. This is an amazing commercial.
2. This is exactly the way to survive the AI tsunami.
The problem now is that now $CRM is more dependent on Anthropic than ever.
@StockSavvyShay So betting high estimations isn’t enough.
Market is a casino nowadays.
Also, buy the dip. iPhone is going out on September, chips are getting cheaper, phones more expensive.
$AAPL is the biggest company in the world.
@dividendology So having bigger CapEx is like destroying a business but having the same (was already huge CapEx) is the best business decision a company can make?
I feel I’m at the roulette table…
Chamath Palihapitiya @chamath is more bullish on Google's $GOOGL CapEx spending:
"Do you know what Google's 25 year average ROIC has been since going public? 32%. When you are a machine that compounds money at 32% over a 20 year average, you give these guys benefit of a doubt. These are not guys flying fast and loose, they are methodically investing in their edge. They are going to get massively rewarded...the best thing that can happen to them is 500 different models proliferate and they support all of them. They will make so much money at the silicon layer and as the cloud provider."

@wallstengine I think this should be bullish for both stocks.
Open-weight models allow individuals to run them into their own infrastructure.
It’s just a shift from B2B to B2C (not completely).
If you expand your number of possible customers, you will expand your revenue.
This explains why $TSLA is an opportunity now.
They are building it’s own technology framework.
Multiples aren’t good yet. The future is bright but in my opinion they have clear enough path in order to make those multiples back down.
Alphabet has $126B cash on hand.
Putting $5B of it into compute for one quarter isn’t risking the entire company.
Especially when they’ll make it back next quarter.
For my first post, I’m sharing a letter @NVIDIA signed on why open models matter.
AI will transform every industry, power every company, and be built by every country.
Open models strengthen safety and cybersecurity, accelerate innovation and diffusion, and enable sovereignty.
The world needs both frontier closed models and frontier open models.
