Compared to twenty years ago, kids are eating some types of ultraprocessed foods more and some types less🧵

Republicans could not reach a consensus on ACA repeal. Relatedly, they’re having difficulty reaching a consensus on how much to cut federal spending on Medicaid.

It's difficult to reconcile President Trump's vow to "love and cherish" Medicaid with his endorsement of the House budget that would cut over $800 billion from the program. Cuts of that magnitude go well beyond eliminating fraud and abuse.
