@genmon @tomcritchlow Also, I should note that as an R/GA alum I do think the ventures program is great, we've even had them in for a conversations and have worked with some of startups (Clarifai).

@genmon @tomcritchlow ...needed to actually identify and be able to iterate through a problem. I think one of the other large obstacles is how do you build trust as an agencies if part of the job is to fail...that's very different than how it's been in the past and trust is massively needed.

@genmon @tomcritchlow I guess the hardest thing here is that true Innovation usually has to come from within. Yes I agree that companies need to separate the day-to-day work from other projects that are "more risky"/innovative, but agencies struggle with having the domain company knowledge....

@TomTrudeau @enosarris @JP_Breen My issue is that you've just cherry picked the best players drafted over 2 years near those picks. I can come plenty of guys who are not good. In fact if you look at those exact slots from last year you get Cal Quantrill, Matt Thaiss, Will benson, Charlie Tilson, & Dakota Hudson
