@LNER I’ve done both but heard nothing. Yesterday I got the train from Scunthorpe all the way down to Kings Cross and back just to go to lost property at the station and speak to someone face to face. I’m just at a total loss as to what’s been done with it. My life was in that case.
@LUFC Bought two shirts and then a carrier bag seperately from Trinity. When asked if I wanted my receipt in the bag I said yes. I’ve gone to return the shirts in store today and they’d put the bag receipt in by mistake and are refusing a return. Totally their fault. Please help!
@OVOEnergy I went with OVO but you have an app to top up but it is quite literally the worst app I’ve ever used. I’ve tried to top up 5 times, I get a notification from the bank to say the payment has been made, but I get an error message on the app and the top up hasn’t worked.
@OntheBeachUK Sneaky you lot. When I click to cancel my booking it goes back to the home screen and isn’t cancelled. When I was scammed out of £1800 you wouldn’t even speak to me. Terrible company. I wish the worst for all of you. #avoid#scammingcunts#zerocustomerservice

@AmazonUK Just had a package delivered and this piece of glass was just under the seal on the envelope. It legitimately looks like it’s been placed vindictively. Can someone please contact me about this. Pure stroke of luck that I haven’t sliced my finger open.
@bookingcom But I booked it through you, was not given a room at the property and they haven’t refunded me. I actually put myself up in another hotel down the road and have receipts for that. I don’t know what I’m meant to do…? DMing now.
@bookingcom Made a booking, got there, told me they didn’t have a room for me. Contacted support via the app, no help. Called your customer service line, no help. Paid for something that I didn’t receive. Any help?
@Anthropologie I had a copy of the payment on my online banking. It was a gift so clearly threw the receipt away. A shame as me and my partner were going to buy things from your store for our new house. Will definitely be sticking with Rituals for all things fragrance in the future.
@Anthropologie Bought my Mum a bottle of room perfume and the sprayer wouldn’t work. I didn’t have the receipt so returned just days later with the bottle to ask if they would exchange it, to which I was refused. Very disappointing. Any help?
