@for89399841 @Flight_Refunds @TUIUK Ours was cancelled around the same time but because it’s the wedding as well we were supposed to be contacted by the ‘specialist team’ to try and look at rebooking no contact since then, supposed to leave 29/04 and be married 06/05 and we’ve been totally ignored.

@TUIUK how much longer do I need to wait to be contacted about my wedding/holiday? We were due to fly to Mexico 29/4 and I’ve had 2 EXACTLY the same standard responses to multiple fb msgs. I wanted to rebook but feel like asking for a refund based on this terrible service
