@DecathlonUKCS@DecathlonUK trying to reach out for past 2 days: no UK store picks up the phone, contact us web form doesn't work, the CS team over WhatsApp tells me they can't help and I must contact the store. Going round in circles....
@BulbUK Not positive nor short experience. I first contacted you about it on Sept 2nd! Will do but please get someone to pick up the phone and solve instead of another empty email.
@BulbUK #CustomerService response to me asking for an update weeks after my case has been escalated to a supervisor and I sent a detailed description of what's needed. And all they email me is "how I can assist you?". that's it. lol. Solid work.
@BulbUK Have asked twice to cancel regular monthly payments for PAYG as your estimations are vastly off. Submitted my reading 2 days ago, yet still an inflated amount about to be taken from DD. Shall I simply cancel it and wait for you to react??
@MetTVH @rundpartnership Fascinating stuff. Do we tell them that @MTVH is currently cutting every poss corner to deliver this ass cheap? Or about the systemic culture of total inaction, disrespect and disregard for residents facing 6-figures bills and mental health disaster?fire safety + remediation too?
Confirmation just in from @HydeHousing that the cost of our heating and hot water (communal network to block of flats) will rise by 497% with the daily standing charge up 900%… 😱@MartinSLewis@10DowningStreet what support will there be for those not under household ‘price cap’?
@MetTVH Yet you told us you won't start #remediation work on our building before 2024, refuse to sign the voluntary register to protect us from costs and try to charge us £500k for lifts replacement that you admitted weren’t fit for purpose nor maintained properly in the first place.
@Meg_HillierMP@JamieMLUX I actually have contacted you on August 17th about this, listing all the difficulties our Resident Association is facing with MTVH incl remediation work and asking for support. No response so far.
@JimDicksLambeth @LivingPlatform@lambeth_council@MetTVH The irony of a labour councillor supporting @MetTVH... Their inaction and total disregard for human decency are putting hundreds of leaseholders through hell. Meanwhile their PR team parading on twitter. @JimDicksLambeth know who you're getting involved with publicly
Gove has been out less than a week and already @HomeBuildersFed are trying to pressure @GregClarkMP to get rid of the £3bn levy.
We hope @GregClarkMP will continue the work started by Gove and hold developers accountable for the #BuildingSafetyCrisis

A reminder of Rishi's thoughts on helping innocent leaseholders vs protecting his industry friends:
"It was someone from the industry who suggested that we should do this...The rest is paid as with everything else...Beyond that, this will come from the regular source of funding."
@sebastianokelly@LKPleasehold@LiamSpender Such a helpful summary thanks! between the protection applying to leaseholders who own their property on 14/02/22 and remediation work likely to take years, does it mean flats will remain unsellable for an undetermined time?
@VodafoneUK I'd love to. But I'm not the account owner. I just live there. And without veryfying the account details you don't want to tell me about the outage!
