I've spent a week discussing a breached master account with support but still haven't received a clear explanation. I was told my floating loss reached -$2,035.43, yet we can't verify it from MT5, charts, or screenshots. I've received over $30k in payouts from FP and accepted every breach that was genuinely my fault. this is the first time I'm asking for a public review because I believe there may be an error. I've asked for the exact time or calculation but haven't received it just the support guy sending me always the same response.
Just asking for transparency and a fair review.
