We developed really sophisticated analysis tools for this throughout OFT 4 to OFT 11.

Every round, I take the flight test data and recreate the hot stage separation. We even paint the ship's engine impingements onto the booster.

And fun fact, many different separations have been tested: side flips, back flips, front flips.

This is my best shot at creating an agentic CAD workflow for parametric BREP models. I think CAD is pretty safe from AI (as someone who can do both CAD & software). Its just so much more efficient doing CAD manually.

-> I designed a model using parametric curves, first by mathematically deriving functions and verifying them in Desmos.
-> Then did the original CAD in CATIAv5 GSD as a parametric model (the better looking screenshot)
-> Then I painstakingly transcribed the entire parametric model into excel to obtain raw-data equivalent
-> I had Claude code a translation layer where it would take the excel model and generate a 3D model in threeJS (the worse looking screenshot)
-> I attempted to tighten the mapping between words, to parametric model, to BREP curves. (unsuccessful in getting BREP curvature)

At best, I can have Claude manipulate excel-based parametric models (treating it as a sort of "database") and have them displayed in threeJS.

The CATIAv5 model is fully G2 continuous, but discontinuities can evidently be seen in the threeJS model.

I think the biggest issues are
- there are two primary classes of 3D models: engineering and artistic, and both have extremely different workflows/requirements. (ei. CATIAv5 parametric modeling vs Blender mesh modeling)
- there isn't enough training data, nearly all engineering-grade models are closed-source and nearly all artistic models are pay-walled, and the free ones are usually trash.
- people generally don't know the vocabulary to properly define a model nor the correct order of operations a model needs to be generated
- even then, the word-to-3D-model process would be extremely terse. This is not simply a "generate a 6 stone ring" prompt, the prompt required to recreate this ends up paragraphs long with and i had to experiment with multiple translation layers and a data middle layer.

Miami is a middle point between KSC and Starbase, with barges expected to frequently pass by in the future.

The aerospace industry in Miami is non-existant and needs to step up its game. We need R&D facilities, manufacturing centers, and I think we should eventually have our own off-shore based spaceport here.

Engineers would love to be based out of Miami, but there's nothing for them to do here. I'm in a rare position, very lucky to be remotely based here working on the starship. Lmk if there's any way I can help.

I once interviewed for a 350k TC AWS role. Collectively spent over 40 hrs interviewing, doing leet code assessments (scored top 1% well before AI coding was a thing), and system design exams. The final 4 hr long stretch of interviews I got 3/4 interviewers to pass me. The 1 guy that didn't? Bro was an indian that didn't speak any english and was absolutely not able to communicate with him... Had to keep asking him to repeat his questions over and over to the point of giving up understanding what he was trying to say.

@FrancisSuarez We're strategically in-between Starbase and KSC, but there's no aerospace industry here. Starship is going to enable +100 tons to orbit per day. Miami should be a major hub for space R&D.

The local highschool in my city was one of the worst in the state (google: "Abbott district"). So after middle school, my parents enrolled me into a private highschool a few towns over.

We made it clear to the local public highschool I was enrolled elsewhere. For months, we would receive calls from the school that I was ABSENT despite never enrolling.

They did this to farm extra state tax dollars.
