@DiamondLights4 @sainsburys 47 minutes for me… then the agent couldn’t get hold of the store… so nothing could be done. 🤷‍♂️ without any explanation I’ve just received notification of a refund.
I’m told by a friend of a friend that works for @sainsburys their IT systems have suffered a major hack

@ljbarton @sainsburys No, they were supposed to finally deliver it this morning...then cancelled again at the time it should have arrived. And after almost an hour trying to get through on the phone line, all they would say was they couldn't redeliver till Friday.

Here in N Wales @sainsburys have screewed up their deliery srvice royally, suddenly cancelling deliveries after the tiem they shoudl have arrived twice, taking an hour ot answer the phone to rearrange..then saying they can't - absolutely useless and inefficient.
